Important Information About Licensed Contractors
Contractor Availability
GREE products are available through GREE Select Contractors and independent local HVAC Contractors. If you cannot find an installer in your area on this site, any Licensed HVAC Contractor can install or service GREE systems. Our Technical Support team can provide assistance to only verified Licensed HVAC Technicians or Technicians employed by a verifiable Licensed HVAC Contractor and authorized to work on your unit.
Warranty Coverage
GREE's product warranty is 5-10 years, depending on the application and the installing contractor's status as a GREE Select Dealer.
Why Licensed Contractors Matter
Working with Licensed HVAC Technicians or Contractors assures that End Users are dealing with competent Technicians who will not damage the equipment or possibly put them in harm's way. Contractors/Installers must comply with applicable state licensing laws and local building and electrical codes, and are responsible for the quality of their work and overall service. Licensed Contractors carry Business Liability and Personal Injury Insurance should an accident occur on the property, which End Users should verify prior to engaging a Contractor to protect themselves.
